Physician Assistant in Pain Management & Neurology / Ohio
In the Akron/Canton area, we are looking for a Physician Assistant to join a medical group practice of highly trained neurologists and physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists (physiatrists). You will be joining several other PAs at an up-to-date facility with numerous doctors in an array of subspecialties.
This is a non-surgical position, and you will be serving both outpatients and hospitalized patients with a variety of medical conditions. You will encounter many types of ailments including sleep disorders, pain, neurologic, and muskuloskeletal problems. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Once a month, you will have weekend Rehabilitation unit call, with two days off during the week to compensate.
This position requires someone comfortable with independence position, as you will be seeing patients at the hospital & pain management facility with physician available by phone; doctor will be on-site at the office. We would prefer someone with both Neurology & Pain Management experience, but training is available for the right candidate. Salary depends on experience & is very competitive for the area. On the Gulf Coast of Florida, we are looking for a CVT Physician Assistant to work in surgery at a hospital. This is a small cardiac surgery program looking to augment their staff with someone already possessing intra-operative job skills.
You must be cardiovascular trained with a minimum of 2 years of intra-operative skills and vein harvesting experience. Position duties are all in-hospital and will also include rounding on pre- & post-op patients. Minimal call, only about 10 times per year.
Cardiology Physician Assistant -- Hospitalist /Arizona SOUTHERN ARIZONA
In southern Arizona, we are looking for a physician assistant to work in one hospital for a cardiology practice. Duties includes oversight of nuclear tests, rounds, consults, admits & discharges, as well as general trouble shooting of in-patient problems. This is a very autonomous position, so solid experience in cardiology & a hospital is required, as no training is offered.
The busy 2 doctor interventional practice offers a great position with significant earning potential (profit sharing & compensation of $110k PLUS). They are open days Monday through Friday, and call will be 2 days per week. Spanish speaking skills are not required, but put you at the head of the line.
We're seeking someone that's well grounded & seeking lots of independence. We will accept any candidates from FNP to ACNP that are experienced in cardiology and working in a hospital as an ARNP. Emergency room experience is also a plus.
