We are looking for a P.A. to join a 4 physician/2 P.A./1 N.P. group; working in the office and in a small community hospital E.D. Prior emergency room experience preferred, but not required. Salary range of $80,000-85,000 depending on experience. Candidate would work in the office 4 1/2 days per week, take 'in-house' emergency room call for 7 hours one weeknight per week., and work in the office 1 of 4 Saturday mornings. This is a relatively low volume E.D. responsibility with backup provided by our 4 physician Family Practice group. In addition to a production based 'bonus,' the candidate has the opportunity to take an additional emergency room 7 hour shift (on the same weeknight-14 hours total) and earn an additional $20,000-25,000 per year, for a total compensation package of over $100,000 per year. In southern Arizona, we are looking for a physician assistant to work in one hospital for a cardiology practice. Duties includes oversight of nuclear tests, rounds, consults, admits & discharges, as well as general trouble shooting of in-patient problems. This is a very autonomous position, so solid experience in cardiology & a hospital is required, as no training is offered.
The busy 2 doctor interventional practice offers a great position with significant earning potential (profit sharing & compensation of $110k PLUS). They are open days Monday through Friday, and call will be 2 days per week. Spanish speaking skills are not required, but put you at the head of the line.
We're seeking someone that's well grounded & seeking lots of independence. We will accept PA candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in cardiology. Emergency room experience is also a plus.
